Buckle's Brush

A brush made by pulling cotton wadding through a glass tube by using a loop of cotton thread. The two ends of wadding were not pulled completely through the tube but were left exposed. Like Blanchard’s brush, the advantage of the Buckle’s brush was that it was easy to clean and to replace.[1]
